Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable booking fee which will be detailed in any written/online invoice is required to secure Smarya services. To ensure your wedding date is confirmed we require a booking fee of 80% of the total quote, and the remaining 20% on last day of the events. The 80% payment can also be done 50% advance to block the date, 30% two weeks before the wedding date. In a scenari where pending payment is not done by client on the from the toy postend dion work will be kept on hold and will only begin once payments are cleared and the delivery schedule will be calculated from the day payment is done.
