Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Client: Up to 90 Days Before Event: 25% of the total package cost will be retained as a cancellation fee. Less Than 90 Days Before Event: 50% of the total package cost will be retained as a cancellation fee. Less Than 30 Days Before Event: 75% of the total package cost will be retained as a cancellation fee. Less Than 15 Days Before Event: No refund will be issued, and 100% of the package cost will be charged. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their event based on availability. A rescheduling fee of 10% of the total package cost will apply. The new date must be within 2 months of the original booking, subject to availability. Cancellation by Studio: In the rare event that Zeal Studio needs to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all payments made will be provided. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for cancellations due to events beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.). In such cases, rescheduling will be offered based on availability. Refunds: All refunds will be processed within 30 business days of the cancellation.
