Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: At Ranjan Bhattacharya Photography, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. However, due to the time and effort invested in preparing for each project, the following cancellation terms apply: Cancellation by the Client: If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the scheduled event, 50% of the booking deposit will be refunded. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the event, the deposit will be non-refundable due to the booking commitment and loss of other potential clients. For cancellations made within 7 days of the event, the full amount will be charged as the final preparations would have already begun. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed if the client informs us at least 30 days in advance. The deposit will be transferred to the new date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 30 days before the event will be considered cancellations, and a new booking will be required. Cancellation by the Photographer: In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund of the deposit or assist in finding a suitable replacement photographer.
